Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Frames
Place your eyewear securely in its original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
